Knowledge Designs exists on trust: clients hand us the keys to their infrastructure, their websites, and their reputation online. These are the standards we hold ourselves to in return.
Honest scoping and billing
We quote what the work actually requires — nothing padded, nothing hidden. Invoices are itemized in plain language. If a job comes in under scope, you pay for what was done, not what was estimated. If something unexpected expands the scope, we tell you before the meter runs, not after.
Confidentiality
What we see inside a client’s business stays inside that client’s business. We do not discuss one client’s systems, data, finances, or problems with another, and we do not use client information for any purpose beyond the engagement. Credentials are stored in managed vaults, never in plain text, and access ends when the engagement does.
Security first, always
We will not cut a security corner to hit a deadline or a price point, and we will tell you plainly when a decision you’re considering creates risk. If we find a vulnerability in your environment, you hear about it from us first — quickly, clearly, and with a recommended fix.
Vendor neutrality
We recommend the hardware, software, and platforms that fit your business — not the ones that pay the best margin. When we do have a partner or reseller relationship with a product we recommend, we disclose it.
Transparent marketing & SEO
We don’t buy fake reviews, spin up link farms, or promise rankings no one can guarantee. Our SEO work is built to survive scrutiny — real content, real technical improvements, honest reporting on what moved and what didn’t.
Responsible use of AI
We use AI tools to work faster and explore ideas — but a human reviews everything that ships, client data is never fed into tools that would retain or train on it without consent, and AI-generated content is checked for accuracy before it represents your business.
Respect for people
We treat clients, vendors, and everyone we work alongside with respect — no exceptions. We communicate honestly about mistakes: if we break something, we say so, we fix it, and we tell you what we changed so it doesn’t happen again.
Raising a concern
If you believe we’ve fallen short of any of this, tell us directly: [email protected] or (978) 885-1819. Concerns go straight to the owner, and every one gets a response.
