Starting a business? Get the website, Google profile and IT set up right.
You call or email and it comes to me, Greg Pagliarulo. A new business needs a website, a Google profile people can find, and the IT behind them, like the domain, business email, laptops and Wi-Fi. I set up all of it, and every account goes in your name.
Where are you stuck?
You can start with any one of these and add the others later.
Need a website
I’ll build you a clean site with your real photos, the work you do and the towns you cover, plus a call button that works on a phone. Most of what I build is custom code. If you want to edit it yourself, WordPress or Webflow may fit better, and I’ll tell you which.
Web design →Need to get found
Google has nothing to go on for a new business yet. So your Google Business Profile gets the right category, your hours, services and the towns you serve, plus a short review link and a QR code for your cards and invoices. Page titles and analytics go on the site from the start.
Local SEO →Need your IT set up
I get the office ready before you open, or right after. That means the domain and business email, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, the laptops, Wi-Fi and a firewall, phones and backups. Two-step login goes on every account before anyone starts using it.
Managed IT →The part people skip
What I mean by set up right
Plenty of new businesses get set up in a weekend, and it works fine until something needs to change. These are the four things I make sure of first.
- The domain and accounts are in your name. Your domain, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics and the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account are registered to your business, and we’re added as a manager. When a vendor registers your domain in their own name, getting it back later takes their cooperation. I register it in yours.
- Email on your own domain. Quotes and invoices go out from your business address instead of a free Gmail account. I also add the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records that keep your mail out of spam and make it hard for someone to send fake invoices in your name. Why emails go to spam →
- Your Google profile, verified right the first time. We settle the name, category, phone and address before it goes in. If you work from home, the profile can hide your street address and list the towns you serve instead.
- Backups and two-step login from the start. Every account gets MFA before anyone logs in, and backups start running before there’s anything to lose. We check the backups with a real restore.
If you already set some of this up yourself, that’s fine. I’ll check what you have and only fix what needs it.
How it works
A call about the business
Tell me what you do, who your customers are and what you’ve already set up. The call is free. Then you get an itemized quote before any work starts.
Accounts in your name
I register the domain in your business name, or move it there if someone else registered it. Then Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, your Google Business Profile and Google Analytics get set up with you as the owner and us as a manager. Nothing gets registered to us.
The office and security
We set up the laptops, Wi-Fi, firewall and phones. The computers get protected and patched, backups start running, and your email gets the records that keep it out of spam and make your domain hard to fake.
Website and Google profile go live
You see the design before any code gets written. At launch I send a test message through your contact form to make sure it reaches you, and your Google profile goes in for verification with everything already filled in.
Once you’re open
You don’t have to keep us on after setup. You can run it yourself, and I’ll show you where everything is.
Or hand it off. With All-in-One Management we run the IT helpdesk, security and 24/7 monitoring, your website, and your Google profile and reviews, on one invoice. The helpdesk is staffed Mon-Fri 8-5 and Sat 10-2, and 97% of issues are answered within five minutes in those hours. Emergency support for clients under contract is covered 24 hours.
Or keep just one piece, like managed IT for the office or local SEO once the reviews start coming in. And if a do-it-yourself site builder is all you need for now, I’ll tell you that too. I wrote up how the two compare.
Local & in person
New businesses across the North Shore
I’m based in Middleton and work on-site across the North Shore and Greater Boston, and remotely across the US and Canada. If you’d rather sit down and go over the whole setup in person, we can do that.
“We own several businesses, and have relied on Greg to help keep our systems up to date and running smoothly. Not only is Greg a master of his craft, but he is also easy to work with and an all around great person.”
New business setup, answered
No. I’ll check who the domain is registered to and move it into your business name if it isn’t there already. Your Gmail keeps working until the business email is ready. If you already have a website up, ask for the free website and Google profile check, and if you have a few computers running, there’s a free 15-point IT health check too.
You do. The domain, Google Business Profile and Google Analytics are set up in your name, with us added as a manager. If you ever leave, you take us off and nothing has to be handed back.
Either one can work, and I support both. It depends on what you and your staff already know and what else you’ll run, like QuickBooks. I’ll tell you which fits before you pay for any licenses.
A smaller site usually goes live in 3 to 4 weeks. A larger business site takes 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the content and scope. You get a real timeline up front.
Probably not right away. A new business has no reviews and no history for Google to go on yet, and I won’t promise you a ranking. What I can do is make sure nothing on the site or the profile is holding you back, and help you start collecting reviews. Here’s more on why a new site takes time to rank.
It depends on what you need, so there’s no price list here. You get an itemized quote before any work starts, and the website is one fixed price agreed up front. Tell me what you’re starting and I’ll send you a number.
No. It’s all in your name, so you can run it yourself. If you want us to keep it running, All-in-One Management covers the helpdesk, security and monitoring, the website, and your Google profile and reviews on one invoice. You can also keep just one piece.
