We build you a new one or take over the one you have. Hosting, SSL, backups and updates are on us, and when something needs changing, you email me. More than 60 sites I’ve built are still live.

All-in-One Management · North Shore & Greater Boston
All-in-One Management means we run all of it: your website, your Google Business Profile and reviews, the IT helpdesk, security and 24/7 monitoring. It comes on one invoice, and there’s one number to call. I’m Greg Pagliarulo. You deal with me directly, and I’ve been at this for more than 15 years.
A lot of the businesses I talk to pay one company for IT and another for the website, then handle Google themselves or pay a third company for it. Each of them does their own part well enough. The trouble is the stuff in between, because nobody owns it.
When one team runs all of it, there’s nobody to point at but us. That’s the idea.
We build you a new one or take over the one you have. Hosting, SSL, backups and updates are on us, and when something needs changing, you email me. More than 60 sites I’ve built are still live.
Hours, holiday hours, services, photos and posts, kept current. I know how Google reviews each kind of change, and I plan the big ones before they go in.
A short review link and a QR code for your cards and invoices, and the habit of asking every customer. Google’s rules don’t allow asking only the happy ones. I’ll help with the replies too.
Your staff call, email or message us about anything, from Microsoft 365 to a new hire’s laptop to the office Wi-Fi. The person who answers already knows your setup.
Two-step login on every account, protected and patched computers, backups we test by restoring them, and the email records that make your domain hard to fake.
Computers, servers, backups and your website are monitored around the clock. A failed backup or a full disk shows up on our screen, instead of as a surprise a month later.
IT, website and Google profile under one roof, in Middleton since 2013.

I’m careful with “24/7” because it gets used loosely. What runs around the clock is the monitoring, plus emergency cover for clients under contract. If something critical goes down after hours, call the same number you always do: (978) 885-1819. Here’s the whole thing in writing:
Monitoring runs 24/7. The helpdesk is staffed Mon-Fri 8-5 and Sat 10-2, and 97% of issues are answered within five minutes in those hours. Emergency support for clients under contract is covered 24 hours.
Worked example
SDC Container rents roll-off dumpsters in Massachusetts. They asked to be named, so I can show you what the whole package looks like for one real business:
Orders went up 58.7% after the booking page launched, and they stayed there. That comes from SDC’s own Stripe data. The booking page went live together with the new site, the local SEO and our support, so the number belongs to all of it together.
“Greg at Knowledge Designs is a top tier producer. From day 1 he has been responsive, meticulous, and gone above and beyond with the our best interest in mind. SDC Container LLC would not be where we are today without Knowledge Designs and we are grateful for the hard work he does for our company day in and day out. I highly recommend Greg for any website, IT, or marketing strategies services!”
Website and IT
Makyson Building Company builds custom homes on the South Shore and Cape Cod. Max Oliveira, the owner, has had us on his IT for almost five years, all of it done remotely. In August 2026 we rebuilt the company’s website.
The site holds 135 project photos, and we kept every one. On August 19, 2026 we measured the live site with Google’s Lighthouse mobile test, set to imitate a mid-range phone on a slow connection, and the score went from 67 to 84. In the same test, the main photo showed up in 3.4 seconds instead of 6.0.
The contact form posts to an account in Max’s name, not ours. He owns all of it.
“I have worked with Greg at Knowledge Designs for almost 5 years, The services he offers and the process of setting everything up especially all done virtually is incredible, he is ahead of the curve when it comes to customer service and integrating my business with the latest technologies and following up periodically to make sure everything is running smooth and up to date. I highly recommend working with Knowledge Designs!”
These are the businesses I enjoy working with. We’re on-site across the North Shore and Greater Boston, and remote across the US and Canada. Just starting out? Begin with a new business setup.
Several companies usually means several domains, several Google profiles and several Microsoft 365 accounts. We keep all of it straight, in one place.
Tell me what you run →The office, the job trailer and the phones on site, plus a website that shows your work. Plans and photos where the crew can get to them.
IT for builders →Phones that follow you to the van, one place to book and dispatch jobs, and a Google profile that brings calls from the towns you want.
IT for trades →Client data locked down, a WISP that matches what’s really in place, and no surprises in the middle of filing season.
IT for accounting firms →You could do all of this yourself. You’d just rather spend the hours on paid work than on your own email records and website updates.
Hand it off →If you have staff, computers and a website, it probably fits. Larger offices get the same people, and complex projects get a fixed price up front.
Managed IT for offices →“We own several businesses, and have relied on Greg to help keep our systems up to date and running smoothly. Not only is Greg a master of his craft, but he is also easy to work with and an all around great person.”
“Knowledge Designs has played a critical role in our CPA firm handling all of our IT needs for almost five years. Greg is the whole package. He is extremely knowledgeable with the IT world and its ongoing changes. He keeps us informed as well. Knowing Knowledge Designs is monitoring our network is great peace of mind and allows us to focus on what we do best while knowing our network and equipment are secure and up to date. Not only is Greg an IT expert, he is also honest, humble, respectful and easy to work with. No one will beat his response time either. I would highly recommend Greg for your IT needs!!!”
There’s no price list on this page. I quote All-in-One Management to your headcount, your devices and your website, and it all comes on one invoice, itemized so you can see what each part costs.
Managed IT runs on a 1-month, 1-year or 3-year term, with better rates the longer you commit. Website care and SEO run month-to-month after onboarding.
Bigger one-off jobs get a fixed price up front: an office move, a new server, a website with booking and payments. I take on complex projects like that for larger companies too.
If you want to know what drives the number before we talk, I wrote two guides: what managed IT costs and what a website costs.
We talk about what you run and what’s bugging you. Then I write down who holds what today: the domain, the Google profile, the website hosting, Microsoft 365, the backups, and when each contract ends.
Your domain, Google Business Profile and Google Analytics go in your name, with us added as a manager. If you ever leave, you take us off and nothing else has to move.
Monitoring, security and backups get set up while your staff keep working. Then everyone gets the helpdesk number.
If your site works, we keep it and take over the hosting and updates. If it needs a rebuild, you get a fixed quote, and every old page address is redirected so you keep your rankings. Then the profile: hours, services, photos, and a routine for asking for reviews.
The longer version, including what to do if your current provider won’t cooperate, is in my guide to switching IT providers.
No. Most people start with whatever is bothering them most, often the IT or a tired website, and add the rest when it makes sense. You can also start with one of the free checks at the bottom of this page and decide after that.
Yes, if it works. We take over the hosting and updates and leave the design alone. If it’s slow or hard to edit, I’ll tell you and quote a rebuild, and a rebuild can keep the look you have now.
No, and I won’t tell you it is. Monitoring runs 24/7. The helpdesk is staffed Mon-Fri 8-5 and Sat 10-2, and 97% of issues are answered within five minutes in those hours. Emergency support for clients under contract is covered 24 hours.
You do. Your domain, Google Business Profile and Google Analytics stay in your name, with us added as a manager. If you ever leave, you remove us and nothing has to be handed back.
Often, yes. Plenty of offices have someone who handles the day-to-day. We can take the website, the Google profile and reviews, and the monitoring and security, and work with your person on the rest. Tell me who does what now and I’ll tell you where we’d fit, or if we wouldn’t.
Yes. Larger offices get the same helpdesk and the same people. For complex projects, like an office move or a new server, I’ll give you a fixed price up front.
All three come to me, and none of them commit you to anything.
