Office moves, Microsoft 365 migrations, servers, networks, website rebuilds, and the project somebody else started and never finished. I scope the job with you and send a written quote with one fixed price before any work starts. No hourly meter.
Your IT person left and nobody has the passwords. A migration stalled halfway. The vendor stopped calling back. The server’s down, or it looks like ransomware. Call me. You don’t have to be a client.
Internet, phones, network, servers and storage, planned around your move date. We moved one business across four towns, phone system and storage included, with effectively no downtime. The order we do it in →
Email, files and accounts moved into Microsoft 365, or cleaned up if you’re already on it and it grew without a plan. Two-step login goes on every account.
A new server in your office, your own hardware co-located in a local datacenter, or a dedicated server offsite. We restore from backup before we call it finished. Private cloud & servers →
New firewall, switches and Wi-Fi to replace gear that’s past support, or that nobody has the admin password for. Everything labeled and written down.
After ransomware or a hacked mailbox. We work out what was reached, restore from clean backups and close the way in. You get a straight account of what happened.
The admin passwords left with them and the network lives in their head. We document what’s there, get the accounts back into your company’s name and keep things running while you decide what’s next.
A slow or broken site rebuilt, with every old URL kept or redirected to its new page so the rankings you have carry over. We can keep the current design if you like it. How a rebuild goes →
For when off-the-shelf software doesn’t fit how you work. For SDC Container we built online booking and a dispatch app: the office sees every rental, and each driver gets their stops on a phone. Case study →
Files off failed or firmware-locked drives. We recovered 23 years of photos from a locked SSD after larger recovery companies had tried and given up. The story →
A new computer for everyone, or a Windows 11 upgrade across the office. Every machine set up the same way, scheduled around the people who use them.
Managed IT, web design and SEO under one roof, on the North Shore since 2013.
Get a fixed quote →We go through what you have now, what it should look like when we’re done and what can’t go down while we work. If I need to see the office or look at the systems first, I do that before I quote.
You get it in writing: the work, what’s included, what isn’t, and one price for all of it.
If we find something nobody knew about, or you want to add to the job, I tell you what it changes and what it costs. Nothing outside the scope is billed until you’ve agreed to it in writing.
There are no timesheets to check. At the end you get the documentation, and the accounts stay in your company’s name.
Good. I’m not there to replace them. In a lot of larger offices the in-house person is busy keeping everyone working, so the big project keeps getting pushed. That’s a good time to bring me in.
We agree up front who does what. I work inside your systems and your rules, keep your IT person in the loop, and hand the finished work back with the documentation so they can run it from there.
Want an outside opinion first? The free IT health check is 15 points, in writing, with nothing to sign. Internal IT people ask for it too, when they want something on paper to take to whoever holds the budget.
I started around 2010 keeping day traders and forex desks online, where a dropped connection cost money by the second. Offices started coming to us by referral around 2016, and they’re most of the work now.
On a project, I’m your lead from the scoping call to the handover, and I do the work. A small team behind me covers the bigger jobs, holidays, and after-hours emergencies for clients under contract.
A 35+ person construction firm has had us on its IT for eight years. A large accounting firm, for over nine. More than 40 businesses work with us today, and almost all of them found us by word of mouth.
If you want to talk to one of them before you hire me, ask. I’ll set up the call.

Case study · SDC Container LLC
Three WordPress booking plugins replaced by one booking page, plus a dispatch app for the office and the drivers. We support SDC’s wider IT day to day too.
Case study · Makyson Building
135 project photos across seven builds, rebuilt to load faster on a phone with every photo kept. Makyson is an IT client of ours as well.
Web design · Measured
A real 32-page site, rebuilt, with every existing URL kept or redirected. What changed, and by how much.
Guide · Office moves
What to order and when, starting six weeks out. The same order we follow when we move a business.
Story · Data recovery
A password-locked drive, mailed to us from California. Within hours every file was back.
Guide · Switching providers
Getting the accounts into your name, documenting what’s there, and what to do if the old provider won’t cooperate.
Where we work
I’m based in Middleton. Project work usually needs someone on site for part of it. The North Shore is a short drive, and Boston isn’t much further. Anything that can be done remotely gets done remotely, for clients across the US and Canada.
Anything with a clear finish line. An office move, a Microsoft 365 migration, a new server or firewall, a website rebuild, cleanup after an incident. Day-to-day support is different. That’s managed IT, billed monthly.
I tell you as soon as I see it: what it changes and what it would cost. You decide. Nothing outside the written scope is billed until you’ve agreed to it in writing.
No two of these jobs are the same size. After the scoping call you get a written quote with one fixed number, and it doesn’t move unless the scope does.
It shouldn’t. We agree up front who does what, I work within your systems and your rules, and your IT person gets the documentation at the end so they can run it from there.
Yes. We document what’s there, get the admin accounts back into your company’s name and keep things running while you decide what to do next. If something is down today, call (978) 885-1819 first.
Monitoring runs 24/7. The helpdesk is staffed Mon-Fri 8-5 and Sat 10-2, and 97% of issues are answered within five minutes in those hours. Emergency support for clients under contract is covered 24 hours.
